FlightOps beta terms (version beta-2026-10-22)

By installing or using the FlightOps beta, you accept these terms for yourself or for the company you work for. "We" means FlightOps.

1. Beta software

FlightOps 0.2.0b1 is pre-release software for evaluation. It may have errors, change or stop working. Do not use it to control or approve robots or machines where a fault could injure people or damage property. You are responsible for your own systems.

2. Licences

The licences included with each build (LICENSE and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES) govern the software. These terms govern the beta service and the license keys, and take away no right those licences give you.

3. License keys

Your key is for you or your team. Do not share or sell it, misuse the service or get around its limits. We may revoke a key that breaks these terms. The beta and its keys end on 31 March 2027.

4. Usage metrics

Each activated device sends usage metrics; this is required for the beta. The privacy notice at https://beta.flightops.dev/privacy lists what is sent and what never is.

5. No warranty, no liability

FlightOps is provided "as is", without any warranty. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using it.

6. Changes

A changed version of these terms gets a new version number and applies to you only after you accept it.
